An entity that definitely deserves a special mention for their tenderness, emotional quotient and quiet but succinct strength that we often overlook because of their overwhelming ability to show off erstwhile hidden emotions.Previously rare, but now slowly and steadily defying patriarchy and increasing in numbers and influence.

Deserve to be appreciated more. They carry their emotions and vulnerability like a bouquet. Unafraid to cry yet terrified of the wrath of their significant other. They are ready to fight the world for the object of their affection, yet break down when the same person fights with them.

Will defy the society and family for the ones they love. Will face ridicule for going above and beyond the bare minimum. Will stand silent and tall protecting you against all adversities and pain. They understand feminism means equality in all sense, be it in love, kitchen, work or world. They show up surely and silently when needed without asking.

They don't seek recognition and accolades. But a tiny kiss, smile or a hug and they melt like an icecream in the sun. They too wish to cry and break down at times, even though they have been taught to keep on it at all times. Men in love are the simplest of creatures. All they want is to be appreciated and accepted by the one they love without any conditions and judgement.

They forget the world for you you and sometimes they fight the world for you too

They cocoon you in their embrace and make you forget the pain you never knew existed.

They heal in you what you never knew was wounded.

They open gates in you, you never knew were closed. 

They walk with you on a path and towards a destination that only you two know.

They swim with you oceans you never imagined you could.

They create a world with you that only makes sense to you two, and somehow it all feels alright.

Will give their all and more and before you know you two are too far gone to come back from where you two belong.

Who is my happy ending? Like in the movies n romcom  We walk towards the sunset with..... Is it my lovers who changed as the seasons change? Or my progeny I see drifting apart with growth? Is it my parents who I barely have a conversation with anymore? Or my siblings entwined in their own life? One day, as our fathers, forefathers and mothers kept renouncing the generational gap, somebody woke up and chose violence. He/ she decided that it's high time we acknowledge and label different generations, hence the "" millennials "" came to be. A sad lost and hopeless generation, stuck between the past and present, analog and digital, artificial and organic, duty and love, wokeness and traditional. We have seen a lot of changes around but not within us. We saw food shift from natural homegrown to artificial and chemical laden. Now we search for overpriced, chemical-free and organic sustenance. We moved from rearing cattle with our parents to becoming lactose intolerant as we age. From postcards and letters we slowly came to perfunctory statuses and WhatsApp messages.
